What this website does not collect
This website sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising tags and no session recording. It embeds no third-party content, and pages load no resources from other domains — typefaces are served from this site rather than a font network.
There are no accounts, so no passwords or login data exist. Nothing is stored in the browser, and no profile is built from visits.

Why the inquiry form collects it
To reply to the inquiry, to understand what the business needs, and to prepare a scope and quote. It is not used for anything else, and it is not sold, rented or shared for marketing.

Where inquiries are sent and stored
An inquiry submitted on the contact page is delivered as an email and received in a Gmail inbox. That email is where it lives.
The website itself stores nothing. There is no database, no CRM and no customer record system behind this site, so an inquiry exists only as the email it was delivered as.

How long it is kept
An inquiry that does not lead to a client relationship is kept for 12 months, then deleted.
Information relating to clients is kept for as long as reasonably necessary for the business relationship and for applicable legal and accounting obligations, then deleted when it is no longer needed.
Deletion is carried out by hand, from the Gmail inbox and from anywhere else the inquiry exists.

Who else can see it
Three services are involved in delivering and holding an inquiry. No one else receives it. It is not sold, rented or shared for marketing.
- Vercel — hosts the website that serves the contact form
- Resend — delivers the inquiry as an email
- Google (Gmail) — hosts the inbox where the inquiry is received and kept

Vercel, Resend and Google are United States companies. Information handled through them may be stored or processed in the United States, or in other locations where those providers operate.

To ask what information is held about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted, email monarch.systems26@gmail.com. Requests are handled by hand, and there is no charge.
