Most business websites are not so much bought as accumulated. A design from one supplier, hosting from another, a domain registered by whoever was around at the time, and updates from nobody. Each part works. No one owns the whole.
Monarch exists to be the party that does own the whole. It designs and builds the website, hosts it, connects the domain, and keeps it running — on a platform Monarch built for exactly that — so there is one accountable owner rather than four suppliers pointing at each other.

Monarch launches with a narrow offering on purpose. One thing that is genuinely built and operated is worth more than a long list that is merely advertised. The website comes first; what follows it is described as planned, and not before it is real.

Your domain and content stay yours
Your domain is registered in your name, and your business information, photos and content remain yours. Monarch runs the website for you while your plan is active, and never takes ownership of a customer's domain.

Accessibility is not an upgrade
Sites are built and tested to the WCAG 2.2 AA standard — keyboard operable, screen-reader legible, contrast verified. A standard Monarch builds to, not a certificate it holds, and never a line item to be cut.

Performance is a budget, not an aspiration
Pages are built against explicit performance budgets and measured before launch rather than assumed. A site that is slow on a phone on mobile data is not finished. Real-world speed still depends on the visitor's network, so no score is promised.

The Website System price is published, and what it includes is written down. Anything outside it is scoped in writing before it starts, so a month never turns into an argument about what was included.
